Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities and agency vehicles
• conduct preventive maintenance
• work with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders
• report completed tasks and submit receipts to the Director of Facilities
• perform repairs within scope and oversee contractors when professional repairs are needed
• obtain bids for outside repair projects when required
• perform seasonal landscaping and help maintain landscaping equipment.
