What you'll do

• Arrive promptly at 4 AM for each shift
• prepare raw chicken according to procedures
• put away and rotate deliveries using FIFO
• set up the steam table with hot items
• prepare sauce cups, bottles, and other items as needed
• follow recipes, cooking instructions, safety and sanitation requirements
• assist with guest orders and service
• clean restaurant and kitchen areas
• follow cost-control guidelines.
