What you'll do

• Greet visitors and assess whether the community meets their qualifications
• explain lease and community policies
• follow Fair Housing standards
• prepare leasing paperwork and move-in packets
• collect deposits, rent, and other move-in funds
• inspect apartments before move-in and conduct resident walk-throughs
• communicate unit status changes to Maintenance
• support marketing, resident retention, and renewal programs
• inspect vacant apartments
• follow up with prospects within 24 hours
• assist with work orders and marketing surveys
• accompany vendors or contractors as needed
• transport residents or prospects around the property
• conduct outside marketing as directed.
