What you'll do

• Sell parts to retail and shop customers by phone, at the counter, or through the shop
• help customers select parts and explain related items and specials
• provide price quotes
• solicit assigned accounts by phone
• receive payments or obtain credit authorization
• maintain repair-order, invoice, estimate, and special-order records
• prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
• pull and fill stock orders
• and notify relevant staff and customers about stock and special orders.
