Field Service Associate

What you'll do

• Repair equipment and troubleshoot issues according to skill level
• merchandise gaming equipment as needed
• maintain equipment and product stock at customer locations
• handle route collections accurately
• maintain professional relationships with location staff
• record meter readings
• complete follow-up
• support location rotations and promotions
• identify new leads as available.
