What you'll do

• Schedule or perform rounds to monitor and evaluate nursing care quality and appropriateness
• maintain accountability for charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments
• assist with developing and implementing the written staffing plan and nursing schedule
• collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services to build relationships with prospects, customers, families, and care providers.
