Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist role is onsite in Longmont, CO. Pay is $24.00–$29.00 per hour, with up to 5% bonus potential. The role supports HydraPak’s wholesale and EDI key accounts for its hydration products and Bottle Bright cleaning tablets. The specialist manages customer needs and order execution from placement through fulfillment, coordinating across Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Product teams. Proactive communication, issue resolution, and process improvements support customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

What you'll do

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for wholesale and EDI key accounts
• manage inquiries, complaints, returns, credits, and order adjustments through Zendesk
• communicate order status and fulfillment changes
• coordinate EDI orders from entry through fulfillment, including warehouse, routing, freight, and ASN steps
• maintain accurate account and order records in Zendesk and Acumatica
• identify process improvements and maintain SOPs.

Why this role
