What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel
• respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and emergencies
• conduct unarmed patrols of building interiors, entrances, parking, loading zones, and perimeter areas
• monitor access and visitor activity
• report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• prepare accurate daily and incident reports.
