Behavior Technician — Center-Based ABA Therapy

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one center-based ABA therapy following BCBA-designed treatment and behavior intervention plans
• use evidence-based strategies to teach functional skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors
• record session data and notes
• remain available for reassignment when needed
• communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
• refer clinical questions to the BCBA and follow HIPAA and ethical standards.
