What you'll do

• Assist with safe passenger or materials loading and unloading
• support passengers with mobility challenges or special needs during boarding and disembarking
• monitor passenger behavior and vehicle conditions
• communicate with drivers, supervisors, and passengers
• maintain records of schedules, passenger counts, incidents, and delays.
