What you'll do

• Serve as the main client contact during the first 30 days of a case
• conduct introduction calls and verify intake information
• manage expectations and respond to questions
• review files, documents, and evidence
• help identify unsuitable cases or conflicts of interest
• collaborate with the legal team on case progress
• manage Client Success case workers
• support client satisfaction throughout the legal process.
