CRT/RRT - PRN (Day Shift)

Conduct thorough assessments of patients respiratory status and history. Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans based on patient needs and physician orders. Administer respiratory therapies, including aerosol medications, mechanical ventilation, and oxygen therapy. Monitor and evaluate patients responses to treatment, adjusting care as needed.
