Direct Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Call on existing and potential customers to identify needs and answer product, pricing, availability, use, and training questions
• drive to customer locations, conventions, and company meetings
• plan customer calls and prospecting
• coordinate delivery times with customers and transportation
• manage accounts receivable with customers and the Credit Department
• attend sales training, meetings, and events
• assist with new employee training as needed
• review sales reports
• process customer credits and pickup requests
• and collaborate on menus and customer value-added services.
