What you'll do

• Cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• prepare and portion food before cooking

• support meal preparation and delivery in the Dietary Manager’s absence
• follow standardized recipes
• clean the kitchen and equipment before and after service
• manage inventory and purchasing
• rotate stock
• support recipe development and compliance
• handle last-minute special-event requests.
