The Dishwasher role is onsite in Ann Arbor, MI. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. Aventura serves tapas and Valencian paella in downtown Ann Arbor, and the dishwasher supports the restaurant’s Back of House kitchen operations. The role keeps service moving by washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment; maintaining clean and organized kitchen areas; restocking service items; and assisting cooks and kitchen leadership with cleaning and general support tasks. The work helps maintain a safe, sanitary, service-ready kitchen.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• maintain cleanliness and organization in dish, kitchen, floor, drain, trash, and storage areas
• restock clean items
• assist with cleaning projects and general kitchen support
• operate dishwashing equipment safely
• follow company and health department procedures.
