What you'll do

• Oversee afterschool, day, summer, and social skills programs
• recruit, hire, coach, and develop employees
• manage scheduling, staffing, attendance, service coordination, payroll, transportation, and program logistics
• oversee budgets, utilization, billing, documentation, reporting, compliance, incident submissions, and program quality
• communicate with stakeholders and families.

Why this role
