Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise and lead sales team members
• hire, train, and develop sales, kids club, and housekeeping employees
• maintain personal sales production
• manage gym operations, inventory, and assets
• support membership cancellations and retention
• manage member feedback
• assist with payroll corrections
• follow cash management procedures.
