What you'll do

• Own monitoring architecture and alert quality
• support technical SEV command and NOC coordination
• lead blameless postmortems and close corrective actions
• manage cross-functional reliability projects
• maintain playbooks and dependency maps
• define error budgets and availability objectives
• participate in on-call rotations and SEV incident response.
