What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and refurbish industrial washing, sterilization, and surgical equipment
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance and installations
• maintain service documentation and inventory records
• communicate with customers
• provide equipment training or demonstrations
• manage service schedules and submit service reports within 24 hours
• follow safety policies and customer site protocols.
