What you'll do

• Lead portfolio marketing strategy, plans, channels, and campaigns
• oversee website strategy, content, user experience, and optimization
• direct internal and external communications, executive messaging, press relations, and crisis communications as needed
• analyze campaign performance and market trends
• partner with Operations, Acquisitions, Construction, and Facilities
• lead and develop the marketing and communications team
• represent the company at industry events as needed.
