What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Uphold merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and replenishment.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day business plans.
• Communicate departmental goals and assign workload to maximize efficiency.
• Lead team sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
