What you'll do

• Oversee oil changes and fluid services to meet brand standards
• use the point-of-sale system to provide service recommendations
• monitor key performance indicators
• maintain a clean and safe shop and ensure PPE protocols are followed
• act as third key holder and manage opening, closing, or shifts as needed
• mentor lube technicians.
