Security Shift Lead — Global Security Operations Center

The Security Shift Lead — Global Security Operations Center role is onsite in Goodyear, AZ. Pay is $22.00 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services and this role supports a high-profile customer's Global Security Operations Center. The shift lead coordinates GSOC operations and team activity to support incident recognition and escalation, emergency response, and physical and product security. The role helps ensure monitoring, incident handling, documentation, training, and procedures meet client requirements.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily GSOC operations and adherence to procedures
• coordinate team activities during the shift
• manage operator schedules and coverage
• ensure compliance with applicable laws and client regulations
• conduct audits and assessments
• track training and complete checklists
• help develop and maintain standard operating procedures
• oversee monitoring of security systems and intelligence feeds
• complete operator metrics
• troubleshoot security applications with system teams
• serve as primary incident-response contact
• coordinate with stakeholders and emergency services as needed
• document, analyze, and report incidents.
