• review reports and audit time-system adjustments
• reconcile weekly payroll data
• investigate discrepancies
• maintain payroll records including garnishments
• process voids, reissues, and manual checks
• respond to employee inquiries and service tickets
• support check printing and distribution
• audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance
• assist with reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
