What you'll do

• Answer the college’s main phone number

• direct calls to appropriate departments
• maintain an up-to-date directory
• resolve inquiries when possible and escalate complex issues
• record calls and actions
• assist with reception and administrative tasks
• protect confidential student and staff information
• maintain knowledge of college programs and procedures.
