What you'll do

• Lead senior-level strategy work across client and business growth and account delivery
• translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations
• own strategic work quality and delivery
• develop integrated social-first strategies across influencer, community management, earned, experiential, and owned channels
• define KPIs and measurement frameworks with Business Intelligence
• guide account, pitch, and workstream decisions
• lead RFPs, proposals, pitches, and client expansion opportunities
• mentor junior strategists and manage direct reports as assigned
• collaborate across Creative, Talent, Accounts, Paid Media, Community, and Measurement
• contribute to frameworks, team standards, thought leadership, and competitive intelligence.
