The Mobile Phlebotomist – Clinical Operations role is onsite and field-based in Fresno, CA, with compensation of $26–$28 per hour. The role supports Astrana Health’s Quality – Clinical Operations team with in-home and in-clinic visits intended to help close patient care gaps across the Fresno market.

What you'll do

• Perform blood draws and transport specimens to contracted laboratories
• operate clinical screening devices for A1C, retinal exams, and osteoporosis screening
• assist with Health Risk Assessments and Annual Wellness Visit preparation
• provide patient care in home and clinic settings
• document interactions and procedures in the EMR
• manage visit schedules and support quality-care initiatives.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with approximately 90% of time in patient homes and 10% in clinic. Requires active CPT I phlebotomy certification, active BLS certification, and at least one year of phlebotomy experience. Local travel is within approximately 30 miles, with possible additional travel of 20–30 miles when business needs warrant; mileage reimbursement is provided.
