It also supports device enrollment, inventory audits, and the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Respond to enterprise helpdesk tickets
• provide end-user hardware and software support
• procure and issue mobile phones
• troubleshoot cellular devices, tablets, laptops, and conference-room audiovisual equipment
• enroll devices in MDM
• audit mobile-device usage and inventory
• participate in the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation.
