The Line Cook – Food and Beverage role is onsite in Montauk, NY. Compensation is $20–$28.84 per hour. The cook prepares and executes dishes to restaurant standards while maintaining food safety, consistent presentation, and an organized workstation. The role supports efficient kitchen service through preparation, stocking, and collaboration with the kitchen team and culinary leadership.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• maintain a clean, stocked workstation
• follow food safety and sanitation rules
• ensure consistent portioning and plating
• assist with prep, stocking, and receiving deliveries
• store ingredients properly
• follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
