What you'll do

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
• lead and support behavior technicians
• supervise cases and coordinate with families, caregivers, and clinicians to develop individualized care plans
• average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks.
