What you'll do

• Advise clinical and corporate leaders on employee relations, performance, workforce planning, retention, and engagement
• coach managers
• conduct employee relations investigations
• guide performance plans and corrective action
• support employee lifecycle records, I-9 compliance, benefits questions, and open enrollment
• respond to HR service requests
• monitor employment law changes
• analyze workforce metrics
• coordinate engagement initiatives and HR programs.
