Finish Carpenter / Multi-Trade Technician is an onsite role based in Seaside, CA, with projects across Monterey and Santa Cruz counties. Pay is $36–$40 per hour. The role delivers detailed finish carpentry and supports remodeling and restoration projects through installation, repairs, and related construction work. It contributes to project quality and completion by coordinating with project managers and other construction professionals and maintaining safe, organized job sites.

What you'll do

• Perform finish carpentry on residential and commercial remodeling projects
• install doors, frames, baseboards, crown molding, casing, trim, cabinetry, shelving, built-ins, and custom woodwork
• measure, cut, and install materials
• perform rough framing, drywall installation, patching, and repairs as needed
• assist with kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodeling
• perform general construction repairs and property improvements
• assist with basic plumbing and electrical work only when qualified, authorized, and permitted
• read construction plans and specifications
• maintain clean, organized job sites and meet company quality and safety standards.
