Director, Napa/Solano Region

Job overview

The Director, Napa/Solano Region role is hybrid in the Napa or Solano County area, with candidates required to reside in one of those counties. Compensation is $115,000–$125,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead regional priorities with the CEO, Advisory Board, and County Steering Committee(s)
• build relationships with healthcare employers, educational institutions, community organizations, agencies, and other partners
• convene committees
• oversee programs and events
• manage budgets and track metrics
• represent the organization
• pursue grants, contracts, and philanthropic funding with stakeholders
• help recruit, train, and lead staff as the region grows.
