What you'll do

• Process requests for clinical record information and maintain the Release of Information database. Prepare, retrieve, and track files
• verify insurance
• enter and maintain client records in the EHR
• and update program tracking information. Support trainings, meetings, events, scheduling, communications, and department files. Coordinate client transitions and assigned apartment inspections, maintain program platforms and supplies, support staff onboarding and offboarding, manage department financial operations, and track grant and contract information.
