What you'll do

• Perform in-home assessments
• monitor vital signs and symptoms
• identify and escalate changes
• administer medications
• provide wound, IV, and catheter care
• follow physician orders and care plans
• coordinate labs and services
• educate patients and caregivers
• document in the EMR
• respond to emergencies
• follow infection prevention protocols.
