What you'll do

• Assist with parent and provider intakes
• enter and update information in the subsidy database and spreadsheets
• handle filing and mailings
• provide professional customer service by telephone and in person
• distribute cases to case managers
• perform general clerical duties
• and provide backup support to other clerical assistants and the receptionist.
