The Customer Service Coordinator / Dispatcher role is onsite in Londonderry, NH, Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The role coordinates delivery dispatch and customer communications so deliveries can be billed, monitored, and supported effectively. It handles incoming calls and emails, assists drivers, tracks dispatch deadlines, and completes and files delivery paperwork.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and manage incoming emails
• bill and dispatch deliveries using software
• manage and monitor the dispatch screen and deadlines
• assist drivers with questions
• verify and file completed paperwork
• provide customer service
• complete a daily shift checklist.
