What you'll do

• Inspect deliveries for quality, freshness, temperature, weight, dates, and damage
• check deliveries against purchase orders and reconcile invoices
• communicate shortages and delays
• maintain receiving areas and storage
• monitor temperatures and labeling
• rotate stock using FIFO
• complete paperwork
• support stock counts and waste reduction
• follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
