What you'll do

• Manage quality documents through creation, review, approval, distribution, revision, archiving, and removal of obsolete versions
• maintain revision control and record retention
• control procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates
• conduct internal documentation-process audits
• guide departments on documentation requirements
• identify and resolve documentation gaps with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Shipping
• prepare records for external audits
• verify inspection records and create certifications
• transition paper inspection forms to electronic ERP workflows
• maintain organized, accessible records.
