• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns
• process quotes and orders through multiple sales channels
• manage warranty claims from initiation through resolution
• support accurate sales and timely fulfillment
• recommend products and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
• maintain product knowledge
• use business systems to manage transactions and customer records.
