What you'll do

• translate needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• work with Salesforce developers and administrators on solution design and configuration
• conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
• support and maintain Salesforce applications
• develop and deliver user training
• evaluate Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
• support data governance policies and practices.
