Material Coordinator

What you'll do

• Review material requests and requirements
• coordinate with Supply Chain Operations on upcoming projects
• work with Expediting and Procurement to ensure materials are available for construction and maintenance
• assess whether orders should be fulfilled from suppliers or inventory
• monitor open requests, purchase orders, and inventory exceptions
• train others on the Materials Management system as needed
• provide feedback on inventory strategies
• recommend process improvements
• monitor metrics and take corrective action to support business-unit and supply-chain goals.
