• Lead equipment reliability and availability and manage maintenance labor and expense budgets
• execute capital plans and small infrastructure projects

• partner with plant teams on equipment improvements
• support autonomous maintenance
• use data to prioritize losses
• support productivity projects
• partner with Quality on food safety and quality programs.
