What you'll do

• Mentor Life Skills Trainers in person-centered care and group activities
• serve as the primary contact for clinical direction during the shift
• liaise with management and on-call leadership about resident needs, shift updates, and staffing coverage
• communicate behavioral plans and protocols
• facilitate shift data collection and review documentation for compliance with state, federal, and CARF standards.
