Security Officer – Unarmed Patrol

The Security Officer – Unarmed Patrol role is onsite in Rochester, NY, and is part-time. Pay is $22 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Allied Universal provides security and facility services and supports an aerospace and defense location. The officer patrols assigned areas, supports access control, and documents activity to help safeguard the site. The role also provides customer service and responds calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access to controlled areas and verify credentials as directed
• document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity
• respond to incidents and alarms
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs.
