What you'll do

• Assess and stabilize business office operations
• ensure compliance with federal, state, and company financial standards
• provide training and mentorship to on-site teams
• oversee billing, AR management, collections, and reimbursement
• act as a liaison between the Central Support Office, residents, and families
• manage resident trust funds
• ensure zero-deficiency audits
• support Medicaid application processes.
