Sanitation Team Member — Overnight Shift

The Sanitation Team Member role is onsite at The Doughnut Peddler’s bakery facility in Chattanooga, TN. Starting pay is $14 per hour. The bakery produces fresh baked goods and supplies retailers nationwide through private-label partnerships. The role cleans and sanitizes production equipment and facility areas to support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Accurate sanitation records and production-ready workspaces help the facility prepare for daily operations. The posting lists overnight shifts of 10 p.m.–6 a.m. or midnight–8 a.m.; scheduled days may vary and may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas
• disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning
• follow food safety, chemical-handling, sanitation, and GMP procedures
• complete cleaning records
• dispose of waste
• inspect areas for cleanliness
• report maintenance concerns and hazards
• prepare areas for production.
