Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in Leland, NC, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. Right at Home Wilmington caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, connected, and independent in their homes. Depending on each client’s care plan, the caregiver may assist with daily activities, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, appointments, respite for family caregivers, and maintaining independence. The work provides individualized support to clients in their homes.

What you'll do

• Depending on the care plan, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• accompany clients to activities or appointments
• provide respite for family caregivers

Why this role

Prior caregiving experience, comfort assisting with activities of daily living, a valid driver’s license, and the caregiver’s own reliable vehicle are required. Availability of at least two days per week is required; days, evenings, weekends, and overnight opportunities are listed. Sign-on bonus up to $420 and caregiver referral bonus of $300, subject to conditions.
