The Mortgage Processor role is onsite in Olean, NY, with compensation of $19–$25.60 per hour. What you'll do

• Review loan applications and supporting documentation
• analyze and approve residential appraisals against program and investor guidelines
• communicate with lenders and vendors to obtain required information
• guide underwriters on procedures for problem applications
• analyze and clear loan conditions
• complete verbal verifications, including contacting employers
• prepare loans for closing
• participate in wiring procedures
• maintain compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures, and controls.

Why this role
