What you'll do

• Coordinate daily Business Office operations
• manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipts, petty cash, and resident funds
• prepare and submit payer claims
• monitor outstanding and delinquent accounts
• maintain records in human resources, payroll, and accounting systems
• support payroll, admissions, move-ins, tours, executive administration, and special projects
• maintain confidential records and collaborate with facility leadership and departments.
